About Orym

Built to close the proof gap.

Governance and cashflow infrastructure for family offices and investment groups.
Everything we produce starts from a signed document.

The company & the system
The Company

Who we are.

We build the layer that proves your structure matches your documents, and that your documents match your flows.

Orym is a Geneva-based technology company. We build infrastructure for the governance layer of complex ownership structures: family offices, investment groups, and real estate holdings operating across jurisdictions.

The System

The operating system.

We map your structure, derive the flows it should produce, compare them to what actually happens, and surface what needs attention.

Orym maps ownership structures, derives expected cashflows, and evaluates every flow against what actually happened. Then it surfaces what needs to be reconciled, flagged, or escalated.

01
📄
Every document gets an identity check.
Before Orym evaluates anything, each source document is classified, its facts extracted, and the entity behind it confirmed.
If a document can't be resolved, it doesn't enter the system.
02
🔗
Structure is reconstructed from source.
Orym maps ownership relationships and derives expected cashflows directly from the contracts themselves.
Signed documents come first. Anything else is logged with a confidence rank.
03
Every flow gets its verdict.
There are four possible verdicts: Verified, Partial, Mismatch, and Missing. Each one comes with the documents that support it.
If the documents don't support it, Orym says so.
The team
Chief Executive Officer
Fabien Haddad
Fifteen years in finance: controlling, auditing, running the books of complex structures. Thirteen years in Geneva, from Big Four to real estate funds, private equity, and multi-jurisdictional holdings. Produced the documents, audited them, reconciled them. Orym is the system that makes that work scale.
Chief Technology Officer
Marc Poulain
Fifteen years building financial software built to hold: regulated platforms, governance stacks, live execution systems. GRC infrastructure for asset managers on the document side, real-time trading systems on the flow side. Orym’s extraction engine draws on both.
